    Dear Sir,

    My PF account number is MH/37363-D/718

    My name - P SARATH BABU


    tHIS WAS the mail received from EPFO

    On 1/1/10, epfo robnd <epforobandra@gmail.com> wrote:
    with r/o CEPFO/E/2009/10364
    EPF & EPS claim has been settled for an Amt Rs. 57627/- vide chq.no. 793729 & Rs. 19370/- vide chq.no. 751030 respectively dated 27/02/2009. Same forwarded to an A/c no. 0361050071445 of HDFC Bank Ltd at Ashok Nagar Chennai.

    Whereas the account number mentioned in the mail was wrong.

    My correct account number is 01361050071445

    Even after my several mails to epforobandra@gmail.com there is no response from them.

    Can i file a case in consumer court.

    Pls help me.

    Default EPF amount sent to wrong account number

    Dear Mr Babu,

    We would like to investigate your complaint further. Request you to send us an email at the id talktous@hdfcbank.com with your EPF account number, your contact and other details. Please mention the id number (TTU00013506042010) in the subject line. Once we receive these details, a bank representative shall contact you.

    Additionally, we request you not to post sensitive information such as your EPF account number, cheque numbers, etc on a public forum such as this, as it may lead to your account being compromised.
