On 12th of last month i have opted for birth certificate of my child from your branch eseva near santhosh nagar and till date there is no proper response given from your branch,at the time of billing they said that your child birth certificate will come in one week and till date i have visited your site up to 10 times and every time i get answer that come in the next week or manager not available and today again i visited to the branch and found that my application not been sent for process. Now pls help me in this regard as i cant able to get any response from your staff and behavior part is also very pathetic.my details given below
