i Lt Col Tejinder Singh Bakshi, a retired and highly disabled officer of the Indian Army and draw my pension from state bank of india Bijnor (U.P.) with account No. 11195619323 who get their direction now from SBI allahabad . i have been trying to obtain details of my pension and disability pension as revised with effect from Jan, 06 till Feb 10. but my efforts seek details have been futile. even an R T I under the provision of Right to Information Act 2005 has been ignored.
i have to submit my Income Tax return which is a mandatory but banks at allahabad and bijnor are taking it too lightly. i have spoken to allahabad at least 20 times and at least 50 sms besides letters, will speak for my agony.
i only want details of my pension/ disability pension. i was entitled to pension of Rs 22700/ with affect from Jan 06 the same was raised to Rs 25700/ with affect from Sep. 08 with applicable DA. secondly, i was 60% disabled and my disability was raised to 70% in Jan, 07. hundred percent. i should be paid accordingly with applicable DA. all the be reflected from financial year 2005-06, 06-07,07-08,08-09. for pension and disability pension. this was also opined by the Income Tax practitioner.
sir, I have heard cases of consumers for 5 years and now still can realize the kind of harassment can be caused by staff with low mentality. i would request hat my mail be placed before Shri O P Bhatt, the Chairman so that functioning can be streamlined. with kind regards.
