We received Bill No:23150 for Rs 4675. Our meter reading is 341 on 3 july 2010 whereas the bill has a reading of 433 on 31 May 2010. This is not the first time. It has also happened earlier. Even in the previous bill the reading was shown wrong and we complained in writing to the Account's Officer in Vasant Kunj but no action has been taken and the wrong billing arrears from previous bill have also been added to the current bill. We will appreciate you to send us a correct bill and avoid harassement.
