i had get connection TIKONA BROADBAND.At the time of connections , it show the plan 49/- for 100mb ,max billing is 999/- .cash payment acceptable.
no other charges are included in bill .this is post paid. but at end of the month bill make 1600/-.(500/- include installation charge which are not says at the time of giving connection.) and bill pay through online or cheque, not cash.
i have also request for disconnection many times due to further problem. but they are not taken any action for disconnection. he says u will be pay 1600/- ,otherwise ur case is allocated to collection agency.

12/5/2010- get the connection
18/5/2010- first time request for disconnection.
