I had applied for 3 phase meter around 2 months back at PSEB office, Bathinda. Inspite of placing the meter the JE and Lineman are clearly asking for Rs.2000/- (for what I don't know) as already i have deposited the fees / load and meter charges. To the surpise that even after privatising the PSEB the situation is same. Can some body help me.
