Sub: Failure in delivering the Household articles ref LR no. 5647, Total non responsible behaviour at all levels in Central Cargo staff

It is under extreme displeasure i would like to bring to your notice that i have booked shifting of my household articles ref LR No. 5647 through your cargo and articles were packed on 22/07/10 loaded on 23/07/10 and still the goods are not delivered to me as of today 2:00 pm.though it was despatched on 23rd itself

It was committed to me that max 5days will be taken from Greater Noida to Kharghar,Navi Mumbai whereas till today its 16th day and yet no confirmation is received from your end.

I was not allowed to give even chq during loading of articles and immediately i was forced to go to ATM and cash payment was made by me for Rs 25,000/-

Inspite of giving more than 50% advance payment, i was not informed regarding delay in transit and when i enquired no. of times myself only then it was told to me on 27/07/10 that there is some technical problem in the engine and container is standing still in Agra only.It was committed again that by 01st Aug positively i will receive the goods.

Since nobody was responding and giving any update thus after lot of consistent efforts by myself,i was told that truck had a repeated breakdown in Gwalior & is still standing in gwalior.Inspite of my repeated requests of new truck to be sent in gwalior i was given wrong committments and reasons of non availability of new truck/container

It was told to me again that truck will start from gwalior on 02nd Aug Evening which as usual never happened and as per info given to me it started on Wed 04th Aug and i was again committed that max it will reach by 06th Evening positively at any cost.But as of now neither the goods have reached my house nor anybody has shown any humanity to inform and update me.My phone is either avoided or not attended by Central Cargo key persons.

Overall,i am still not clear when will my household articles reach or whether will it reach also or not in future?

I have my parents both Sr. Citizens,my wife and my two and half year old daughter who are deprived of general things lying in the truck waiting to come.There was no seriousness taken by Central Cargo or its transporter/concerned staff even when i discussed my grief and my family problems with them which occured because of this delay.

I have been under severe mental harassment and have incurred huge expenses unneccessarily without any of my fault except one that i have chosen Central Cargo based on their false committments and manipulated informations.

I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene and compensate me with the loss and harassment i have undertaken

Any complications/consequences arising out of this situation leading to any further loss will also be because of non responsiveness attitude of Central Cargo Packers & Movers.

I hope somebody should reply to my mail and confirm me whether i will ever receive my goods and how my financial,mental loss will be considered
