Fact: Purchased a Micromax Mobile Model no: GC 700 from Sangeetha Mobile store, Chennai.The mobile model is a defective one. The mobile showed problem ( speaker voice is not clear) , and Micromax took 40 days time to replaced the mobile phone . The replaced mobile now showing the same problem. I have given the mobile to Micromax authorised service center. They are not able to repair the Mobile phone and keep on stretching the time.It is 15days elapsed since i have given the mobile for repair. My warranty period is going to over in one and half months.

I want to go legal against Micromax . Please advise me the procedures to proceed further.
