Hi

For the last one year i am waiting for the PNG connection at my home . First 9 months i was told that your request in under process and soon some one will visit your home. In May you customer care gave me contact number of Yog Maya and they done the survey and i fill the form and gave them two cheques. 778825 and 779926


These cheques were cleared on 21st jun and till now I have no idea how many time I have contacted your customer care to get the connection but every time I listen to a new excuse. I was told that with 90 days from clearing cheques I will get the connection , but now even after almost 180 days there is no hope . Now I have a feeling that i am interacting with a useless company and have lost 6000 rupees without any fault of mine.

The final inspection was done some time in July and person told me that he is getting the meter and will install the connection today but even after two months no work done.

I am now totally fed up with your company.

Is there any way I will get the connection from your company or will I get my money back.

PS: for your very kind information there is already a connection from IGL for PNG running at ground floor of my building.
