I am sanjay kumar not received yet important envelop which was containing DD rs35,000 issued by Bank of Baroda Jagdispur (Bihar) in favour of Dell India Pvt. Ltd. sent by my father through speed post with tracking code -EF168657328IN booked on 30/12/2011 for Delhi from post office (Jagdishpur) 802168 Bihar. When i tracked the code on internet i came to know that received on Delhi speed post center on 03/01/12.I m already web complain through Indian Post website for that Complaint is registered on 12th January 2012 with Complaint No. 100050-15493,but still no any feedback received from postal department. After that when i visited to speed post customer care center delhi on 16th January 2012 complain regarding this they registered a complain then given me complain no:7115,after tracking he told that no such record of delivery report of destination post office and they not give any solution of this problem .It is an important for me because it's contain DD rs35,000.please do needful as soon as possible because i m very mentally harass by post department.you can also check Tracking status and complain status through below url link .
