I have a MSEB connection at my home since few years(customer no: 173062372666).
I got a meter change in Apr '11.
I have paid each and every bill I get till nov '11.
The average bills I have received till date comes around 450 rs.
For the month of Nov '12 I have been charged 8,236.85 Rs.
The total unit used for that month were 986 which seems to be impossible by considering all my previous electricity usage.
When complaining it to local MSEB office, they rounded up the bill to 4270 Rs saying some bill byfurcation.
This is total injustice with the regular bill payer.
I want a proper bill with proper photographs to get the correct bill.
