Owner charging more on MSEB Bill

Most of the property owners who provide their property on rent (Apt, Flat, Bungalow etc.) charge more from their tennants on monthly MSEB Electricity Bill. The rates charged by this owners start from the range of Rs.5- Rs.8/- depending upon the locality & Area where you stay. When the tenants have a sub-meter allocated for their share of accomodation, why they need to pay more than the MSEB listed rate on the Electricity Bill. Requesting MSEB take action against these culprits.

I m the resident of bhandup (mumbai) MSEB was complained about the over charging in the bill.they told first pay the bill and u r complaint wil be soved. we done that but office came and saw the meter and gone he did nothing. and second time i receive rs 900 bill i again complaine they r telling to pay first bill. but now i wil not pay the bill i want u to take action they r verx irresponsible. my addres- alsem fernandis shri nati pandey chawl shastri nagar bhandup village west mumbai 400 078. my mobile no 9773578097 And 9821302309 I am on rent. my consumer no. of electricity is 000051185293 rs 900 of 20-5-10.please reply me
