Dear Sir,

I am located and residential of original from pune. I have my one small office @ shukrawar peth, pune. My forefather's are owner of the same from last more that 50 years and as such it is in our own posession.

Eventualy, due to some family problems and my personal daily busy rutine I could not attend the office from past more than 5/6 years no any energy consuption or electricty use as such I have given an application to concern office too. And in mean time I did not have received any type of notice or bill from msedl, mandai sub-division. And while on dated 24/08/2010 when I went to my office I found my Electrical meter is not on place.
So that I went to the sub-division office and equiry about it then I find that my meter is permaently disconnected and removed by msedl. While I request them for the last bill they have given to me that of Rs. 2810/- upto Jully 2010. Also, msedl officer tell that now you will not get the old meter to be continue becz of almost 16 months have been crossed.
As per our rule we can renew the things upto 6th months. After that you must have to reapplication for the new meter connection with the required papar and form "A" submitte in the office, then you will get it sanctioned after our verification.

It is my objection that while msedl is charging the bill upto July 2010 from us on the same consumer as well as meter number that means still our claim is live though they have disconected permanently our meter. So that there is no need to be apply for the new connection. It is simply not fair to force the consumer and pressurise him with the extra utilization of power only with disadvantage.

Can sajag mach help me to solve this problem and avoid to take an disadvantage of the msdel officers.
