    Sub: - complaint against the false / wrong / imposed charges
    on the bill by NDPL which is false practise of the NDPL
    with the submission that charges are not belong to us
    Meter no. 44400136841 V
    Dear Sir
    We are bringing to your kind attention about the false and fowl practise are being played by NDPL By imposing extra charges which do not belong to us.
    Our building having 4 floors and each floor has separate NDPL Connection / meters / bills by the name of separate in possession persons.
    The ground floor person does not pay the electricity bill and the NDPL impose the ground floor charges equally to other 3 floors.
    How it’s possible to impose other bill amount in the others bills, it is against by laws
    We had requested severally to NDPL regarding for the ground floor subjected billing, but sorry to say that our all requests went in vain as nothing has been done so far regarding on this matter
    You are requested to please take appropriate step to look in this matter that a person (Ground floor) has the separate meter and availing NDPL services separately and not being paid to NDPL against the NDPL electricity bills. How it’s possible we pay the amount which belongs to ground floor, its duty to NDPL to recover his money from ground floor person, not from others.
    Please expitide the work to provide the necessary relief subjected to the above sited matter in favour of the Justice.

    pichle 1 se 1.5 mahine se jahangir puri ke j. Block me power supply ki halat
    bahut hi dayaniya ho gayi hai

    jab bhi chahiye power ki katoti kar di jati hai, puri puri raat supply band
    rahati hai.
    Aap samjh sakte hai ki bachhon ki pariksha ke din chal rahe hai us per yaha
    musibat kaya kare.
    Call center par complent karne par koi sunwai nahi hoti hai.

    Do bunde barsat ki girte hi power supply band kar di jati hai jab ke dusre block
    ki light aati rahati hai.

    Please ise aur dekiyega.

    sir , i darshan kumar satija from wazirpur has applied for new connection
    and has payed to ndpl by demand draft on 8 december 2010 and now it is 2nd of may 2011
    but till now i havent get my new connection .i have called on cusumer complaint no many times but nobody
    listens and say that should wait two months more i am waiting from five months .with this problem i am not able to start my factory because there is no electricity due to which i am running through losses .i have visited many offices of ndpl till now.there is a need of new augmentation on my side and it has been done three months before by the ndpl but after that now body came ..i visited ndpl different offices all says that the case is lying on project department .please do something i am suffering from harrassment from a long period.

    Default high electricity bill

    My name is AZAD SINGH MANN son of Mr. PARTAP SINGH. My billing address is KHASRA NO.315/2 FLOOR GROUBD LANDMARK NA VILLAGE KHERA KHURD DELHI-82. My meter connection no. is 43204348949 and meter no. is 41519272. I had recently received my electricity bill which shows 1162 readings and Rs3799.40 but actually my meter is showing only near about 240 reading .It's my humble request to you please recheck my meter and make bill according to that as early as possible because last date of paying bill is 9 august,2011.

    Default Replacement of our meter

    Dear sir,

    this is rediculas that few days back during day time when only ladies were at home some people came from ndpl and started putting cover over meters of all the meters of our building of transparent plastic.
    During this process that changed our meter with false meter without informing us though new meter was installed few years back.
    To our surprise we got bill without mentioning amount remarks were given bill roko.
    My complaint is why our meter was changed without information when the existing one was in good condition and why was falty mter installed.

    Angry bad service

    street light no.338 is not working since last month two reminder already given by email no action taken early action requried for sake our life seeking for favourable action at the earliest possible.you will not action we will complain to the upper authorities.

    street light no.338 not working .we had given three remainders already . you are not taking any action for this seeking for favourable decision.it is requested to you to take an early step for this fault which is already too much late .
