Angry Non receipt of VIth Pay Commission Pension Arrears

]I am having my pension account No. 30190691426 at SBI Bund Garden Pune
Branch. My revised PPO No.08/14/B/CORR/61935/2010 DATED 16 Feb 2010 was
received in Apr 2010 and I confirmed from my branch and same was dispatched
to CPPC Mumbai on 03 May 2010.Till date I have not received my pension
commutation, gratuity & pension difference arrears. I have queried
with my branch so many times and got the repeated answers that your PPO
has been sent to Mumbai and it will take time.Sir can I know how much time
will your SBI take to credit the amount.
I have written to SBI Helpline Mumbai, DGM Customer Services Mumbai but all in vain.
Till date amount is not credited. Pls tell me am I eligible to ask bank to pay 18% interest to my amount which SBI is enjoying since 03 months.

Dear Nagar ji,
1. I am also a pensioner from IAF w.e.f. Jul/09. My PDA is Bank of Baroda.
2. This is a big foul play in State Bank Of India. Once the PCDA has authorise each PDA to deal with pension than why SBI has centralized it. It is just to delay and creat wealth for itself.
3. My retirement benefits were delayed by 18 days for which I have claimed 9% interest as I recieve in POSB SCSS scheme plus 2% penel interest which I have received on Aug/20/2010.
4. In place of pleading, make use of RTI.
5. Put following questions to bank as I did. (a) I have recieved my PPO on........ and when it has been received by you ? (b) After the receipt of my PPO by you, who is the beneficiary of the capital amount and interest there on, and how much ? (c) When the aamount will credited into my acccount and with what rate of interest ?
6. Honestly and strictly follow it up.
7. To redress your grievance the channel is - branch manager - banking ombudsmen - regional manager - zonal manager - general manager operation & services and finally the consumer court. You can find all these addresses in the concern web sites.
