I am having my pension account No. 30190691426 at SBI Bund Garden Pune
Branch. My revised PPO No.08/14/B/CORR/61935/2010 DATED 16 Feb 2010 was
received in Apr 2010 and I confirmed from my branch and same was dispatched
to CPPC Mumbai on 03 May 2010.Till date I have not received my pension
commutation, gratuity & pension difference arrears. I have queried
with my branch so many times and got the repeated answers that your PPO
has been sent to Mumbai and it will take time.Sir can I know how much time
will your SBI take to credit the amount.
Till date the said amount is not credited to my account. I have approached SBI Helpline Mumabir, DGM Customers Mumbai but no result has come out.
Pls tell me the way how to claim 18% interest on delay,
