This brings to your kind notice that I, Maya Susan Martin worked with New Life Fellowship Trust (hereinafter referred to as “NLFT”, Bangalore from the period 23/08/05 to 20/02/09. NLFT were regularly deducting PF from my salary and depositing to PF authorities. After I resigned from service, NLFT submitted my PF withdrawal application to the office of The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, #36, Lakshmi Complex, N.H.-4, K R Puram, Bangalore-36 on 29/04/09. When I approached for PF amount after few months I was told the 1st application is misplaced somewhere asked me to resubmit new application and accordingly 2nd application being submitted on 08/09/09. Repeatedly there was continuous follow-up from my side but I didn’t find any response from PF authorities, on the other hand they asked me to submit one more application and I was forced to submit 3rd application on 05/04/10.

It is very shameful to inform you that in spite of submitting 3 applications, 15 months has passed still there is no response from PF authorities. Is this is the way these government servants are serving the citizens of our country? When ever the staff from NLFT visits the PF office to enquire this matter, nobody is bothered to give proper response or even to listen.

I trust this forum will take up this issue in a positive way and hope it will be resolved soon.
