I am really fed up from my company that they are not providing my ESI card and also not reimbursing my medical bill. And the deduction of this ESI has been started since April'10 and even my HR Manager and MD not respomnding my queries.

Am working under the payroll of Talent pro peoples consultancy for Hindustan Coca cola beverages pvt ltd. am really fed up from my company that they are not providing my ESI card. And also not reimbureing my medical bill and the deduction of this ESI started since jan 2010. Now am doubtfull about my company that they are not paying this deducted amount to the particular office. And also am doubtfull about the PF Deduction also. Hereby i request you to kindly make neccesary steps to sort out my problems and worries.
