Only for OBC candidate because ST,SC and general candidate r already got the scholarship

I am studying in Kanpur University, Student in BCA course (2008 Batch) and my name is Alok Kumar Singh (Roll No B-80015).

I got scholarship from Samaj Kalyan of Rs.13000 (fees Re-imbursement & 3300 Rs Scholarship, Total Rs 15,300 through Union Bank University Branch A/c No:349502010984050.

In first year of my study i got full scholarship amount by only giving bribe of Rs.2,000 to Mr.Pratap Sharma, as no means was available that time to get my money without giving bribe.

In second year only scholarship (Rs.3300) was given for Rs.13,000 (Fees Re-imbursement) was not released & office bearer of the concerned department Mr.Sunil & Mr.Naresh are not giving any satisfactory reply & that bright student is running from pillar to post to get that fees reimbursement.

I am writing to you with hope that at least you will help me in getting my scholarship, whatever is needed i am ready to provide.

I am a student of b.tech cs 3 year , I am filling the scholarship form from the last 3 years and i am from obc category studying from bharat institute of technology,meerut. Sir from 3 years i am not getting my sholarship amount every student of general,sc/st category have got their scholarship then why not obc candidates i want to know that what is the reason behind that sir please help me i will be very thankful to you i am having all the necessary criteria whether of annual income cast certificate and every year i provide all the documents then also am not getting i am in great tension. I shall be highly obliged to you.
