Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that, I had applied for passport on 9th March 2008 from Patna.

Since last two years I unable receive & view any status online but since last two months I am getting the status which gets updated everyday online but the status shows as same, which is -
It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time.

I need it very urgently since long time but not yet received.

Request you to look into the same, I took this step because I know Consumer Forum can only help me.
