I am an employee of DS Group (Dharampal Satyapal Ltd.) having their Corporate Office at A-85-86, Sector-2, Noida 201 301. I have been transferred to different units from time to time for business needs of the Company as a result of which my PF accumulations are lying in 4 (four) different accounts now. The account numbers are given below:

1. Dharampal Satyapal Ltd. UP-15707-3207
2. DS Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd. UP-36874-04
3. DS Green Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. UP-44075-23
4. Dharampal Satyapal Ltd. UP-15707-3793

My employers placed at Sr. No.1, 2 & 3 have submitted Form 13 & 5,10 with 3A on 01.11.2008, 17.11.2008 and 03.08.2008 respectively to Sub Regional office. Sector 24, Noida for transfer of PF accumulations.

I have also made a written requests to Sub Regional office, A-2C, Near ESI Hospital, Sector 24., Noida on 4th August, 2009, 5th February, 2010, 27th April, 2010 and 14th June, 2010 for getting the PF accumulations transferred, but in vain. They have not even responded to any of my letters. The amount lying in my three different accounts, which are to be transferred in my last account UP-15707-3793, are mentioned below:

I have also written to Central PF Commissioner, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, 14, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi 110 066 for redressal of my grievances.

So far I have not received any communication from Noida Office or Bhikaji Cama Place office about the transfer of the PF accumulations to the last number i.e., UP-15707-3793.

Recently I have received my PF Annual Statement for the year 2009-2010 from which it is noticed that the PF accumulation from the above accounts has not been transferred.

I have also made a complaint to Vigilance for redressal of my grievances.

It may please be noted that I have already retired on 31st may, 2010.

Will the authorities concerned will look into the matter and help me in getting my PF Accumulations transferred to the account no. UP-15707-3793 as early as possible, so that I can get the PF accumulations withdrawn.
