Dear Sir / Madam,

I had requested for the PF withdrawal in the month of December 09, and confirmed with my HR that documents are been submitted to Thane(mumbai) PF office, confirmation mail attached for your ref,

After checking with thane official got to know that cheque has been prepared i need to check my bank account post 20th July(due to office was closed for 5 months as conveyed by the official over the phone).

However as a costumer why should i get impacted & who will bear the loss in getting money so delayed.

had also asked them whether i can collect it personally rather waiting for another 2 months, However they denied for the same,

Would request you to kindly intervene & help in getting the proceed without any further delay.

Regarding my pf no. MH/THA/43037/030688 as already Resubmitted on 19.11.2010 and its have been more than 4 months now however no amount has credited with my account. please do the needful.
