Hi,

I am Manish Jhinghan , i have worked with Convergys India services ptv. ltd. from nov-2008 till aug-2009.
Thereafter i resigned, I claimed for my Provident fund in monht of march, i have submitted all the documents .I was told by the starting of june my PF will be transferred to my account.
They have given me a receipt as a proof.But, they havn't transferred the money.When i call them they didn't pickup the phone.Please look into this matter.

Hello Sir/ Madam.

I was working in a company SPANCO in Pune, I joined it in Dec'2005. In Sep'06, this company got merged onto company SPARSH. I resigned in Jan'2007. After that I have applied for Provident Fund thrice. I got the Provident fund for SPARSH for 4months in March'2008, but not for the first 9 months.
I never received the response from the company that my form is been rejected thrice. The last time I submitted the PF Form in Feb'10, for that I went to advocate for the affidavit on 100Rs Stamp Paper. After submitting that also, I have not received my PF.
Again I contacted SPARSH this year in May, but they r not giving the proper response and also creating the problem to transfer my PF into new company.

Please advice me, whom to complain about this??????
