Dear sir ,
it is very sorry to point out that I had purchsed a flat in zirakpur in june 2010 ,and able to get electricity connection in june 2010 . But till that day I am not able to have any bill. Since there is no fault as I personally requested to zirakpur office but in vain.
It is therefore requested to give me bill and also to pay in installement being delay by administration
