Dear Sir / Madam,
This is in regards to my electric bill which was paid on 30 aug 2012 under the connection number 254616 and book number 6029 the payment has been taken out of my account and the bill reciept confirmations states that "Sorry your transaction is declined. Please try again. Reason - Bank invalid bank response". When i tried their help line 18001803002 the reply comes as this number is disconnected.
