    Default Redress of grievance of IAF pension

    I am recipient of IAF pension. Pension account no: S/B 10732126529 in State Bank of India, MC EME branch ( code 10621 ) Trimulgherry , Secunderabad 500015

    2.On 15 Feb 2010 , I had requested my previous Bank, SBI ,South Extension Part 2 ,New Delhi to transfer my above mentioned pension a/c from New Delhi to Secunderabad . The account was transferred but the PENSION was stopped with effect from 26 March 2010

    3. On 16 April 2010 , a Fax was sent to SBI Grievance cell ( Pension ) , New Delhi requesting to intervene and to release my pension as early as possible.

    4. Meanwhile on enquiry from SBI, South Ex New Delhi branch ,I was informed that my pension file/papers were at SBI,CPPC,Chandni Chowk branch, Delhi. Later on I came to know through Banking .

    5. Meanwhile I Was running from pillar to post to enquire about my pension without any success. Finally on 16 July 2010, I sent out e-mails to grievance cell of Delhi ( helpline.lhodel@sbi.co.in ) and Mumbai ( dgm.customer@sbi.co.in ) requesting them to kindly take some action to release my pension at an early date. They responded through e-mails instructing SBI branches to expedite the case.

    6. After a lapse of 12 days , on 28 July 2010 , a reminder was sent to Mumbai corporate centre and Delhi grievance cell informing that NO action has been taken at SBI CPPC , Chandni Chowk , Delhi and SBI South Ex 2 New Delhi , inspite of your reminder.

    7 Even today,6 August 2010, I donot know the whereabouts of my pension papers/file . I am without pension for 6 months now and undergoing mental torture, for no fault of mine

    8. You are kindly requested to intervene so that my pension could be released without any further delay

    Default Regarding Wrong Bank Account Number given to Pension office

    Dear Sir,.

    My father has expired and due to the mistake of branch employees we have given a wrong saving account number of my mother to pension office which is not in her name. Now it is approximately 7 months and we have not recieved any money as pension. We are in great need of money. We are helpless in this matter wat to do. Please tell us wat to do?
