This mail is to take your attention regarding a issue which I am facing since last one year.

My name is Chandra Bhan Singh. My residential address is 44- Basant Vihar, Ext, Izzat Nagar Bareilly. UP. 243001. MY Electricity connection number is 123002.
I am not receiving the hard copy of my bill since last one year. I tried to contact nearest electricity office for the same however every time they give me some unacceptable reasons like they are going for a camp & I need to contact them on some other day.
I am visiting there to pay my electricity bill every month since last one year however unable to resolve the issue. I am also requesting them to come & provide me the Electricity bill then and there at my home so tat i can pay instantly however they are not also doing that.

I am informing you in advance before this issue become a problem for each one of us that I HAVE NOT PAID MY ELECTRICITY BILL SINCE LAST ONE YEAR DUE TO THE LAZINESS OF THE ELECTRICITY DEPARTMENT.

Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
