Am Dinakaran.. I joined course in CMC Limited with the amount of Rs. 56,180 /-, Guindy at May, 2007. There they conduct the training and Gave me job.. Apart from 31 members, i got selected that Job.. My job is assigned in Election Commission, Secretariat, Chennai. My designation is Programmer. I worked there for Contract. Then my contract is over 6 months, after they shifted to Success software, chennai which is same project and same job i worked in Election Commission, Secretariat, chennai. Now whats my problem is, i worked in CMC Limited for 6 months Training and 6 months Job in Election Commission, Secretariat, Chennai. So totally i lost my life and 1 years life.. Till now i didnt get training certificate and Experience certificate. They telling ur records has been closed. So dont cum here. Many times i went to CMC Limited, they are responding properly.. They are not allowed my inside also. If i make a cal to CMC. they are attending my call. If i go there, they are telling to receptionist, ask him to go out.. Till date i didt got certificates.. 3 months back i resigned my job due to pressure of my Project manager.. I think he only doing all the things.. Please anyone help me.. Because of this i cant able to search new job.. They asking my experience certificate.. Becoz of these certificates i missed two good companies with good salary.
