Subject : Replacement of electrical cable which supply electricity to 72 flats in Sector – 12, R.K. Puram, New Delhi.

Dear Sir,
I on behalf of the residents of N – Block, Residential Welfare Association, Sector 12, R.K. Puram, New Delhi would like to inform you that electric supply of about 72 flats of our area are facing acute shortage of electricity and voltage fluctuations particularly during the summer season. In this context, I have given written complaints to DGM(BSES), Operation & Maintenance Division, Sector 9, R.K. Puram, New Delhi vide RWA's letters dated 10.6.2009 & 12.5.2010 but no action has been taken so far by the authority.
It is requested to higher authority to kindly arrange to replace the old and outdated cables of these flats immediately so that the flow of current and low voltage fluctuation could be avoided, particularly during the summer season. The number of affected flats are given below :
