Dear Sir,
My Annual 4 wheeler road tax falls due on 03.01.2012. The concerned RTO (Jayanagar-Bangalore) has rejected my payment stating that I need to pay life time tax, on 29.12.2011.No notification has been issued in any gazzete nor any in newspaper. On the other hand my colleague's annual tax has been accepted on the same day at (Bannergatta-RTO). I kindly request the concerned authority to give some time to the public so that they can arrange money. 50,000 is a huge amount for one to arrange all of a sudden. We are liable to be transferred to any part of India.
