iam mangalgi sidhalingappa. i had applied emloyee provident fund on march still not get amount, i had already call to public relation oficer they told me u r bank name is wrong we sent u r check in state bank of india(when i fill 10c form my account number 62009331169 and my account bank name is state bank of hyderabad how they send other bank name is state bank of india and sb account number same like thst 62009331169when ask question to public relation oficer they told me , so send re authorisation letter. i had send three times but iahve loss one registration acknowledge recipt i have now duplicate copy. so please take action againest Employees Provident Fund employee provident fund oraganisation F-117-118, Main Bazar, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi-110092.
