Respected sir,
I the undersinged beg to submit that, the BPCL has allot ed me Retail Outlet Dealership at Paradsinga, Distt Nagpur, State – Maharashtra , under reserved category of scheduled tribes vide BPCL`s order no. NRO.Village.Paradsinga Nagpur dated 05.07.2007. As per term`s & conditions of this order the BPCL was bound to establish a petrol pump by purchasing a suitable land with in six months as established other petrol pumps those who have been selected in my selection panel in 2005. Since long period of five years I am awaiting for erection of petrol pump by BPCL. I am continuously following up from 2005, to establish a petrol pump with Territory Office Nagpur.
The BPCL has also given the advertisement to acquire the land for petrol pump at Paradsinga for thee times, but there was no response. I have also taken so many personal efforts to acquire the land for petrol pump at Paradsinga and approached to the Hon`ble Collector Nagpur for land but there is not available the suitable land, due to irrigated land in Paradsinga areas. The hon`ble Collector also informed me that there is no suitable land for petrol pump at Paradsinga village vide, letters under reference no. 2&3.
Sir, I have no doubts that the BPCL has clear intention to give the justice to the reserved category, but it is not understood to wait for five years to establish a petrol pump for ST candidate. ? I have made a several correspondence with Territory Office Nagpur and Corporate Office Mumbai to change the place or allot a coco petrol pump, but no justice given to me in this matter .
It is therefore requested your kind honor to look in to the matter and justice to me as soon as possible, otherwise I have no alternative but to start agitation in front of BPCL`s Office Nagpur wef 15th August 2010, for which the all responsibility will be BPCL for arising the situation in this matter.
