Sir,
I am a resident of shalimar township ,Indore.I am staying in a new building called premium tower I.The builder till last month was taking electricity charges from 100 odd flats by installing sub meter and taking Rs 5 per unit.
My question is whether the builder has the right to give bills on behalf of MPSEB,and secondly has he deposited the money taken from all of us to the concerned department.If yes than why we are not issued receipt from MPSEB also.
The builders Marketing person is threatening to people who have got dues for this including me.
Even the transformers are bursting almost every day ,and if the builder Mirchandani builders has not received approval from the concerned department than why are they giving possession to people and going on making further buildings????
