Iam from Kolathur Chennai, In my house we have 3 phase, in which 1 phase is not working for past 2 1/2 years we have made complaint several times and till now we have no response form them, and due to this we have frequent voltage fluctuation and almost every items including fridge, water pump is getting problem frequently, my EB service No. is 01027009178. kindly take necessary action to rectify the problem
