Dear Sir,

I am staying in Varanasi. I have a Indane Gas connection. Our area Indane Gas Agency office is located in DLW Junction, Bikaripur, Varanasi.

When we book for the gas connection (even after one month from the time of previous supply), they take one month and sometimes more than to supply the cylinders. I have spoken many times, but still they have the same practice. Many people are affected by this.

How can I make a proper complaint against this act? Kindly advise me.
