I am Harsimran Singh from amritsar,paid annual membership at ANYTIME FITNESS on 28 dec 2010,amount 4411/- for me and 20 jan-2011 amounted 11029/- for my wife.i got reciepts in return.

They made commitment that gym will open on 2nd week of feb.2011.Then after 2nd week of feb they commited to open gym before 31st march.Like this they carried on making false commitments every 15 days.I tried calling the numbers they provided for their office,but unfortunately neither of the no.exists.

The last commitment made by them was by SHELJA SINGH,she told that the gym will open on 1st week of june,but after that no response,

i asked them for refund and they told that once the gym will open you can file for refund application,and gym is not opening yet.

i tried contacting Mr. Chandan Lunawat,(one who runs this chain nationwide,)on facebook, i asked that when will gym open or when will i get my refund,he told that we are working on this and we will open the gym soon,and when i asked that in what time period you will open the gym?after that i did not got any reply.

There are approx. 120 clients who paid for their membership in amritsar branch,the trainers they hired for the gym,who are from middle class families, also served for them,but they did not got their salaries,there were 9-10 trainers,and they have their outstanding salary dues of 50,000 each.Some of them run their family on their own and its becoming very hard for them to survive,

i am writing this mail for their behalf and for the behalf of clients.please disclose this matter in media.
