Elemention Gyms - Gurgaon - Infinity Towers

I would like to share my experience with the gym, this gym provided me a membership for 2 years.
As per this Elemention gym team one has to provide the reason with a proof for discontinuing the gym services,
Following could be a reason :-
- Any Injury (With a Medical proof)
- Relocation (With a resignation letter or New address proof)

They are not accepting any other reason. Cancelation will be initiated only in the above two conditions, and ECS Debit from the credit card will be stopped after a month.

There was no document given with all such details on the joining time. Now they claim they have given. Even it was not shared that the membership is for 2 years. The gym instructor told us to fill names and other details he will fill it. We trusted him without realising that it can be this big fraud. Now they are denying from every bit and creating problems for me. They want me to provide false documents to them.

Would suggest that if you happen to visit this gym, don't trust these gyms and there offers, I was in conversation with Akhilesh and Rajesh from this gym.
