This is in reference to the service availed from the beauty Saloon’ Soft Touch’ S.C.O. 100, Sector -40C, Chandigarh on 14 Oct 2011. I had purchased the promotional offer coupon of the mentioned Saloon for Rs. 500/-.

On 14-10-2011 I went to SOFT TOUCH with prior booking for ‘MANICURE and FACIAL. On that day I was not carrying the free service coupon. I took special permission from the owner to avail the service without coupon. It was agreed upon that initially I will make the full payment which will be reversed on presenting the coupons later on. I paid Rs. 850/- for the services availed.
On 17.10.2011 I went to the shop for the refund of money against the coupon. To my surprise the owner refused to pay the full amount instead he offered to pay only Rs. 400/- against Rs. 850/-.He came up with unconvincing excuses for not refunding the money in full. Though I was assured that the full amount of Rs. 850/- will be reversed. I strictly refused to take the partial amount.
I hereby want to register the complaint with your forum for the fraudulent commitment made by the owner of SOFT TOUCH and want the payment to be reversed against the coupon. Moreover, I will not be interested to avail any further service from this saloon therefore I would also like to surrender the Promotional coupon of this company which I purchased for Rs. 500/- .
