I took a bridal package last year and it has not finished till date. I asked for giving the money back or adjusting by providing other services but they
are not agreeing. They have my 50K INR …. and they keep on asking me to enroll for packages. Preeti & Kajal are managers at front desk who would do anything to take your money from you.

Now since I have shifted from Gurgaon & can not go to this place I have requested them to refund my money but after asking them so many times they keep telling "We will not refund" your money.
They do not have any website or senior person whom I can communicate with and get my refund done. I hope with this Consumer Court Forum I would get some help
