Cheating by gym

I have paid fees of Rs. 5500/- to Fab Gym, Pune on 12th of July,2010. The very next day i request them to cancell my registration but they are not interested in it. Mr. Sanjay Kadam who is the owner of the gym even refused to meet me and to refund my money. They are not showing any interest as they have received the money.
