Charisma Spa (located at Koramangala, Bangalore) boasts itself to be one of the poshest beauty salons on Bangalore. But their service is worst and their behavior is simply intolerable. They don't know how to behave with clients.

Last time I visited, they behvaed so BADLY with me. Is this how you treat your clients? And when I left in anger they were not even bothered. And their shop manager is so rude and ill-behaved that you feel as if you have come to a fish market and not a beauty salon to relax.

Seriously guys, stop going to Charisma Spa, Koramangala, Bangalore. You will really regret!!!

Charisma spa is such a pathetic space to be. They claim bigger things but they are so low on their commitments, they never fulfil. They are quick in passing the blame on to the other partners.

I bought a deal from Deals and you where they promised to proved 4 services. When i tried to take an appointment then they told me that they wont take it for the weekends for DnU customers while its nowhere mentioned in the voucer. When i called on the weekday they dint give an appointment for 2 days later, they told me to call a day before and when i called a day before they told me to call 5 days in advance. when i finally got the appointment and reached there, they told me they cant give me 4 services but only 2!!

Those filthy people after arguing told me to reach out to DnU to get the money refunded or else take 2 services!!

I am so irritated these guys that i will never take any of their services ever though they are 2 mins walk from my place and also will not recommend anyone to take their services.

Even i faced the issues like this. Their reception area is good but the rooms and bath areas are dirty.
They even don't know what customer care is. They ate quoting very high rates in the menu card and claiming discounts.
