Respected Sir,
I am maanas an engineering student living in karpagam avenue. I often visit the parlour below your office by name Green palace. 3 days back i visited there to colour my hair, one Mr.Saravanan told me after applying i must wait for 3 days for the result, 2day is the fourth day and i opted for red colur and it has cum out as light brown.Earlier 6 moths before when i did,the result came out well.Now if i ask him,he is arguing and telling that he must consult sum1 and apply and he is putting rules for me.Its entirely my wish when to apply,on saturday afternoon he called me there and told in the evening he would and now when i call him,he is telling u can apply after 4-5 days also so u wait! Is it the way to treat a customer? i have paid 450rs/- and there is no gain and meaning in paying dat amount. I am not an employee to earn money, i am a student and i still depend on my parents for money..So please provide the necessary justice for me.

I had joined Vibes for chin laser and have been given a burn on my face. I have got a scar on my face now which is not going to go. I have been trying to talk to Vibes people , have written them twice but not getting any response from them. I had gone to the branch and showed them the marks , I have got. I have not at all received a convincing solution, not even an apology.

Would like advise on filing a case in consumer court.
