I take package treatment from Doctor plus ( Birati ) kolkata, for acne scar, they said it will be reduce by 80%, on 5 sitting of Microderemabration and charge Rs.6500/- for 5 sitting, but after 3 sitting I didn't notice 1% improvement at all. therefore I told the authority to return my money for rest of 2 sitting, but they refused and said you have to take the all sitting, please help me, I want my money back. they are cheated me.

hii i dont know if ths is a right place to complaint about sion lokmanya tilak municipality hospital in mumbai but hope this brings some required attention.
last 20 days i am going to the hospital as my family member is addmitted thr for a serious case of kidney failure i stay at navi mumbai so as cud not afford the high bills of hospital in navi mumbai v had to take the patient to the nearest government hospital whch is in sion.
and the list of things need attention thr are
1. The hospital is not at all clean.the general wards and the corridors are worst.even the icu roomsand the operation theaters are stinky n uncleaned from agess.
2. Thr are dogs and the cats shiting and pissing on the floor of corridor at ground and first floor.that shit lies thr for 2 to 3 days uncleand and ignored.
3. Thr are flies, mosquitos, rats ,bugs and cockroches in the wards on the beds and the benches provided thr to sit for people.
4. Almost every corner people spit after eating gutka nad paans,whch is not cleaned either.
5. The experiend doctors thr are very good wth the treatments but the trainee doctors are hopeless they dont have manners to spak even.they think that people are poor so they come to the goverment hospital so they treat people in bad and rude ways.
not only the doctors but also the nurses thr are very expert in giving bad words to the people.it is as if they are taking disadvantage of the patients poor condition.
6. The nurses at the paid general ward like example ward number 9 nurses sleep during the night duty living patients unattended.
7. After conducting major operations even patient are shifted openly front one building to another.
8. There is no proper arrange of drinking water.

after looking and facing all this i thought and prayed to the god that i wish i cud had enough money to treat my family member in a good and paid hospital.i realised that bein poor is a punishment wthin.i felt bad about being poor.

i hope if someone can notice my complaint and himself or herself go to the hospital and check everything i wrote.
please do something about it.pls dont neglect may be more and more people there are just getting sick by being there wth the patients due to such an unhealthy and filty environment.

pls i request u to do the needfull and bring this to attention.

it will be GREAT HELP for Mankind.

i took hair laser therapy package from doctor plus for 30sitting and including the medines and all it had cost me 6500rupees. i hav alredy done 5sittings and instead of improving anything, my hair has started falling lyk anything. its not about money, its about a girl's life. im becoming bald. they are all cheaters. now wat will i do?
