I have bought one TITAN EYE+ spec from your showroom at Bhalubhai Desai road, Warden Road, Mumbai on December 12, 2009. In the due course of time the anti glare polish of one of the glasses has gone off, due to which scratches have come on the glass. I had visited the stated showroom in the first week of April but did not get a satisfactory response from the ground team. The executive present at the showroom Mr. Mitesh shah could not provide me much help. It is deeply regreting to say that customer support is very poor which is not acceptable at your end.

Due to your brand image I ask you to look into the issue and do the needful.

Hi

I had purchased a spectacles from Titan Eye plus in Banashankari and from the day one the spectacle was very uncomfortale to wear. I had irritation in the eye while i wear the spec's. I went back to the store and complained but they said it will take a while adjust. I went back again and after 4 months and they said this time,l that the problem is with the eye and my power is increased and i have some problem with the eye and i need to put tear drops in the eye as my eye is dry and all that noncense. i check the power and i had power on both my eye's and they have given a glass with no power and if i wear the glass, i dont find any difference and also increases irritation in the eye and get a headache. I wonder why the store manager too is not co-operating and thye are saying now that its too late as its more that 3 months and they cannot replace or do anything now. What is point in me buying the glass in the first place? Please help me resolve my problem as i have paid more than 4500.00 for those useless spec's.

I am also having a problem with the spectacles made by Titan eye plus> Photochromatic properties are different. One is grey while other lens is brown. I have taken it up with them hope they address my grievance.
