Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased specs from Lawrence and Mayo opticals kalyani nagar branch, pune on 17/10/2011. I paid around Rs. 29, 690/- for the same. The specs found to be faulty, within a month it started developing scratches, so I returned them, now it is almost 3 months passed, they have not given me back corrected lenses. Everytime I receive, under process reply from them. I am looking for immediate reply from them whether they are giving specs corrected or returning my full amount paid.
