I mailed Alps beauty care on 8th feb 10 & 5th june 10 regarding my complaint and inspite of reminding them twice after that, they did not reply. This was my mail to them:


Dear Bharti Taneja,



On 30 Nov 2009, I've taken hair treatment service from your beauty saloon at Preet Vihar.I've made the full payment of treatment by credit card on the same day.

I am disappointed because the service you provided.Your service is unsatisfactory,defective & worthless because my hairs are still falling.Your branch doctor gave me the guarantee that they would stop my hair falling and i would get back my hairs.Your doctors in pragati maidan stall promised me so many things but nothing came off true.I have lost hairs more then earlier.It's sheer fraud from your side.This is in breach of our contract as laid down by the law.

To resolve the problem I require you to refund my money or rectify your mistake.

I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem.I will wait for action till on 10th feb 2010.I request you to take action urgently otherwise i'll have to go consumer court.Please contact me at the below phone number or by email.
