I am a resident of punjabi bagh. I recently bought some cosmetics worth 3000 Rs from Kaya clinic. After using those products i have developed allergy on my face. I requested them to return my money and take their products back. they refused me to return the money and said that they have already sold them..so either i buy some other products from them or I take a service like facial worth 3000Rs from them..which i do not want to take..
I would be extremely thankful to you if you can tell me if I have my right to claim my money back from them.

You would have to see what their returns policy is, and whether it is clearly stated or pointed out at time of purchasing the products.

If there are no sign or notification, then you can try contacting the head office of Kaya Clinic and explain to them your problem and that your reason for the return of products is valid.
