Hi,

My name is Sumesh Kumar Sinha and this is regarding the extra fees charged by the Elemention Zym and after continuous trying for the refund they are not refunding the extra fees charged to me.

Case:
I joined Elemention Zym, Infinity Towers, Gurgaon in the month of October 2009. I continued till the month of March and then asked them to close my membership from the month of April 2010.

Uptill February 2010 Elemention zym was charging the fees correctly. Suddenly from the month of March 2010, they started deducting the fees twice from my Credit Card.

I made them aware about this in the month of April 2010, at that time they said that they will refund the amount. I submitted the CC statement for the months they have charged the fees twice. Even after continuous follow up they are not refundng the extra charged fees.

Now they have again charged the fees in the month of September even after closing my membership in the month of April 2010. This is really frustrating and am looking for an advise to file the complaint against the organisation.

Please advise.
