Evolve gym ( Borivali West ) recently decided to close all its operations at Borivali ( I have heard that they have decided to close down other centres as well ) and transfer all the members to GOLD's gym , Kandivali, Raghuleela Mall.

I feel cheated as a customer and member because the main reason for enrolling at the gym was the proximity to my place

Most of the members did accept this forceful transition , however I want to know is their any legal recourse which can be taken ?
How can a gym just close down all the operations ? Also the gym was accepting new members two days prior to the decision of closing down...Isnt this a shameful way of earning money and cheating its member ?

Also since a very short time was given for the existing members to get the transfer formalities completed most of the members ( including me ) have already signed on the transfer papers.
