Hi,

I went for a relaxo straightening treatment to Oracle, a beauty salon in Malad West and she charged me 6500 for the whole treatment.

Apart from my hair not being straight, she has made it frizzier and she refuses to take the onus for this. I went to her 2 days after teh teatment and she refuses to do anythign about it despite the fact that she's totally messed it!!

Please advice me on the same because services like these are already high priced and when its not efficiently done, we always are left with very little to do. She didn't even treat me well when i went with the compaint. Talk about excellent customer service!!!

Hi my name is Archana,I m going to that salon for allmost 3 years now,and very happy .As I know this is a very friendly place and realy low priced.I m straightening my hair for about 6-7 years, and i allways being told not to wash my hair for one week.so u can actually say about the quality of the hair after a first wash... and not two days..if u dont like ur hair when u living the salon,it will be same after two days.if u like it at the time u living the salon ,than after two days its the same...if u wash it after just two days,or wet it some how than its ur loss.Please dont blame some one else..
